"I planned a family night with my kids. Thinking it sounded like fun and a great family pack deal. Although the staff at check in were very nice and friendly I do have several complaints. My package included I large pizza with soda and an in room movie. The pizza I ordered should have been half pepperoni half plain. It came half pepperoni half tomatoes and it was certainly not a large. The kids were not happy but we had already waited so long and they were so hungry I just picked the tomatoes out of it. My sons eyes got so read from the chlorine in the pool I had to buy clear eyes from the gift shop. Let me also say that the girl at the gift shop was great, very helpful, friendly and polite. When I got to the reception to check out I had been charged for the pizza and the movie. The check out person fixed it for me. I did get a different breakfast for the extra cost because the kids wanted French toast instead of the complimentary breakfast. When we got the breakfast most of the french toast on all three orders were overcooked, almost burnt and for this I paid almost 60 dollars. Then when I was leaving I had to pay $20 for the parking. I don't understand that at all. I just paid over 200 for one night, now I have to pay to park my car. It just didn't make any sense to me. Overall I was very dissapointed and felt cheated. I will certainly not recommend to any of my friends the family package at the Marriot. Miriam Owens room 558 on Saturday 1/29/05."
